He was predeceased by: his grandmother Janina Lakomowski. He is survived by: his parents, Michael Lakomowski and Tina Gross (Nat); his brothers, Mike Lakomowski (Ashley) and Jarame Turner (Jaimie); his grandparents, Jeff, Dianne Weems, Nancy and Barry Rudd; his uncles, Rob Weems and Joey (Carrie); and his cousin Alan Lillie-Weems.
