She is survived by: her husband Michael Andrews; her children, Andrew Whitworth (Natasha), Adam Whitworth, Therese Mack (Thomas) and Michael H. Andrews Jr.; her grandchildren, Kode Whitworth, Ariana Koker, Trinity, Wren and Lily Drake; her mother Constance Andrews (Dean); and her siblings, Robert, Thomas, Gary Duncan and Susan Whitney.
