She was predeceased by: her grandmother Katie; her husband Jay Woolsey; her daughter Mary Ann; her parents, Edward Hauck and Nellie Hauck; and her siblings, Ed, Bill Hauck and Helen Farnham.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Woolsey, Michael Woolsey (Ellen) and Diane Mills (Melvin); her granddaughter Jennifer Bristol (Kevin); her sister Faith Marie; her great grandchildren, Garrett, Mariah (Silas), Lottie of Robert Jay and Iris; her nieces and nephews, Peggy Tate (Bill), Steven Hauck, Dan Hauck, Patty Allen (Mike), Juanita Madden and Aleaha Helms; and her friends, Irene Brinkle (Greg), Bill, Karen Duncan, Kim and Kristi Bowen.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Lumen Christi Girls Cross Country program, as Jay and Katie got so much enjoyment following the Lady Titans through the years; Henry Ford Hospice; St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church; or any charity of your choice.
