He was predeceased by: his sister Kimberly McBride; his parents-in-law, Eunice and Robert Rose; his grandparents, Virginia Cate, Woodrow McBride, Charles Hull Sr. and Eva Gallant; and his pet Red.
He is survived by: his parents, Phillip R. Hull and Judith A. Hull; his wife Terry Hull; his son Charles Hull III (Heather); his stepsons, Kenneth Van Epps (Amy) and Robert Van Epps; his siblings, Angela Obenour (Matt), Carmel Stuve (Scott) and Phillip R. Hull Jr.; and his pet Shiba. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
