He is survived by: his wife LeeAnna Kloack (Collins); his daughter Melanie J. Kloack; his siblings, Thomas Kloack (Suzette) and Kris Kloack (Teresa); and his sisters-in-law, Kaleen Green and Lorie Kukulka. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
