He is survived by: his wife Loretta "Laurie" Nichols; his children, Joyanne Nichols, Charles "Rick" F. Nichols, Laura Clark (Kris Johnson), Scott L. Nichols (Shelly Knight), Phillip "Phil" Nichols Sr. (Amanda McIntire) and Nicole Larabee (Josh Koeller); his grandchildren, Chelsea Nichols, Clarice Glen, Cody Nichols (Amber), Hailey Nichols, Joshua McIntire, Phillip Jr. Nichols (Amy), Justin McIntire, Logan Larabee and Danika Larabee; and his great grandchildren, Luna Lee Nichols and Alice Morgan Nichols. He is also survived by his loving wife, children, extended family, and friends.
