He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Howard Owens and Laura Owens; his sons, Stanley Owens (Jeanne), Craig Owens (Denise) and Duane Owens; his grandchildren, Chad Owens, Christopher Owens, Carolyn Cartwright, Laura Owens, Korey Owens, Kathie Owens, Daniel Owens and Timothy Owens; his sister IllaGene Berry (Willie); his wife Betty Lou Owens; and his sisters, Margaret Dawson and MonaBelle Zaremba. He was also cherished by 8 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Clarence may be made the Men's Garden Club, in care of Watson Funeral Chapel.
