She was predeceased by: her father Gary Ballard. She is survived by: her mother Susan Reyes; her children, Austin (Lily), Kayla and Carlos (Priscila); her grandchildren, Camila and Leilani; and her siblings, James "Jamie" Ballard (Christina), Lisa Bennett and April Ballard. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
