He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Fuller and Gertrude Fuller (Raymond); his siblings, Danny Fuller, Donald Fuller, Betty Pearl and Diane Ruede; and his nephews, Danny Fuller Jr. and Joel Fuller.

He is survived by: his wife Shelly Ann Wallace; his son Wesley; and his siblings, Roy Fuller (Judy), Debbie Fuller and Dorean Johnson (Jeff). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions are may be given to family for future designation.
