He is survived by: his former wife Patricia; his wife Cindy (Cindy); his sons, David Jr. (Dawn), Mark (Janet), Joe (Mary Beth) and Chris (Larena); his stepdaughter Chrissie (Dave); his sister Carol Lumetta (Joe); his sister-in-law Patty; his parents-in-law, Mike, Roberta Hodge, Charlie (Dawn) and Sandra; his grandchildren, Nicole (Kyle), David III (Chelsea), Brooke, Alle (Bill), Lidia and Cole; his stepgrandchildren, Chelsea, Ashton and Ethan; his great grandchildren, Henrik, Zane, Claire and Charlotte; and his pets, Layla and Gizmo. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in honor of Dave may be made to his wife Cindy.
