He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma Stephens and Paul Barrett; his brother Robert Barrett; and his daughter-in-law Nancy Stevenson Barrett. He is survived by: his wife Janet; his children, Kristi Blair (Steve), Michael Barrett (Valencia), Alesa Barrett and Holly Strong (Glenn); and his grandchildren, Sarah Blair, David Barrett (Nadina), John Barrett (Alisha), Ann Kelley (Ed), Megan Cross (Nick), Ransom Brown (Julia), Aubrey Dull, Nathan Dull, Michael Strong and Daniel Strong. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
