He was predeceased by: his wife Connie. He is survived by: his children, Michael (Lori), Cathy Hawes (Greg), Cris (Carrie) and Sarah (Ted Kennell); and his grandchildren, Travis, Zoe, Maggie, McKenzie, Hunter and Tyler. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
