She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Margraves and Dorothy Margraves; her husband Jerry Adkins; her brothers, Rick and Stan Margraves; and her stepson Josh Adkins Per.
She is survived by: her daughter Ashley Adkins; her sisters, Brenda Newsome and Jackie Stiltner; her nephew Stanley Garcia (Joe); her sister-in-law Selma Donnellan; and her stepdaughter Barbara Anne Corwin. She is also survived by grandchildren as well as many more nieces and nephews.
