He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis; his close friend Carol Hill; and his pet Bambi. He is survived by: his sons, Tim Coolbaugh, Tom Coolbaugh and Troy Coolbaugh (Lisa); and his grandchildren, Eric, Elizabeth, Sam and Brendan. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.

Instead of sending flowers, contributions to the Rives Baptist Church would be appreciated.
