It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Ann Bowman of Jackson, Michigan, born in Swanton, Ohio, who passed away on May 6, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvin McNutt and Elizabeth McNutt; her husband Bryan Bowman of Grass Lake; and her close friend Lauren Flick. She is survived by: her children, Linda Sheppard (Doug) of Clinton Township, David Vandeventer (Patty) of Harrison and Dale Vandeventer (Joy) of O'Fallon, Missouri; her grandchildren, Brian Vandeventer, Rob Payne (Amanda), Tim Dodge, Dominick Vandeventer, Grace Vandeventer and Hope Vandeventer; and her great grandchildren, Bailey, Benjamin, Samantha, Hailey and Ava. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
