He is survived by: his wife Janet L Burdick; his children, David Burdick (Lisa) and Lisa Michner (Andy); his grandchildren, Noelle Smith (Logan), Sarah Michner, Rachel Williams (Cade), Calvin Burdick and Natalie Burdick; and his sister Shirley Chirico.
