He was predeceased by: his parents, Ima Jean and Ronald; and his sister Phyllis. He is survived by: his significant other Lori; his children, Doug (Katie), Angie (Jeff), Shelly (Matt) and Mark (Rena); his grandchildren, Lindsey, Brogan, Cameron, Hannah, Madeline, Mitchell, Nicholas, Jacob, Luke and Liam; his great grandchildren, Willow and River; his sister Connie; his aunts, Carm and Freda; and his uncle Cletus.
