He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kok and Margaret Kok; and his brother Edward Kok. He is survived by: his daughters, Nicole Kok, Carrie Kok and Kaylee Ott (Patton); his grandchildren, Natalie Boss, Brody Kok and Reece Ott; and his siblings, Gene Kok (Ande), Gayle Montgomery (Randy), Betty Kelly (Terry) and Maxine Kok. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
