He is survived by: his wife Opal Cox (Puckett); and his children, Sandra Martinez (Larry), Letha Arnett (Carl), Patti Bryan (Tim), Jackie Cox (John Kenton), Russell Cox (Teri), Keith Cox (Janis) and Jason Cox (Sandi). He is also survived by grandchildren; and several beautiful great-grandchildren.
