We announce the death of Fay Preece-Iles of Jackson, Michigan, who passed away on October 5, 2026, at the age of 86. Fay will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Williams and Beulah Williams (Holmes); her former husband Chester Preece; her husband Robert Iles; her daughter Deborah McArthur; and her brothers, Wayne and James Williams.
She is survived by: her sons, Daniel Preece (Cheryl) and Douglas Preece; her grandchildren, Douglas Preece II, Brock Preece (Heather), Daniel Preece (Trish), Olivia Trolz and Steven Preece (Becky); her children, Mason, Brody, Raegan, Walker, Elijah and Luke; and her brothers, Don Williams, Steven Williams and Ken Williams (Dawn).
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hampton Funeral Homes - Jackson (4204 Ann Arbor Rd, Jackson, MI 49202). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
