He was predeceased by: his parents, John Koziol and Henrietta Koziol (Fryr); his wife Evelyn Koziol; his siblings, Stan, John, Josephine and Mary; and his daughter Carol Schwartz (Gary).
He is survived by: his sons, Ken Koziol (Linda) and Mike Koziol (Linda); and his grandsons, Jeff Kinney (Emily) and Joshua Kinney. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
