He was predeceased by: his parents, Jennie Lusebrink and Michael Lusebrink. He is survived by: his wife Angie (Angie); his son Frank Jr. (Julie Haynes); and his grandchildren, Mary Lusebrink (Doug Smith) and Michael Lusebrink.
