He was predeceased by: his wife Cynthia Hultgren; and his parents, Pearl Hultgren and Donald Hultgren. He is survived by: his children, Angeline Whaley, Jeanette Cook and Alan Hultgren; his grandchildren, Anthony, Alex Whaley, Ethan, Adeline Cook and Annika Hultgren; and his sister Dawn Hultgren.
