She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Kwiatkowski; her parents, John Mogelnicki and Josephine Mogelnicki; her sister Rose; her brother-in-law John Stankiewicz; and her brothers, Chester, Stanley and Lewis Mogelnicki.
She is survived by: her children, James Kwiatkowski (Sandy) and Karen Ann Richter (John); her grandchildren, Patrick Kwiatkowski (Christine), Betsy Tomsheck (Tom), Anna Barlow (Chris), Matthew Richter (Sarah) and Patrick Richter (Abby); and her great grandchildren, Krzysztof, Katarzyna Kwiatkowski, Anna, Tom, John Tomsheck, Jack, Emma Barlow, Emily, Thomas Richter, Penny and Baby Girl Richter. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
