He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur "Art" Lowe and Bette Lowe; his brothers, Donald "Don" Lowe and Richard "Dick" Lowe; and his great-niece Kaylor Thwaits.
He is survived by: his nieces, Dawn Lowe and Danielle Thwaits (Kyle); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Lucas, Carly Lund, Kenley, Kori and Kalen Thwaits.
