She was predeceased by: her parents, Cordon Moore and Phyllis Moore; her husband Ray Uphaus; her siblings, Owen Moore and Colleen Swank; her siblings-in-law, Sharon Moore, Linda Moore and Dale Swank; and her pet Heidi.
She is survived by: her daughters, Elaine Schaffer (Rob) and DeAnn Jose (David); her siblings, Clifford Moore (Pat Richards), Ross Moore, Marcella Lucas (John) and C. J. Moore (Faye); her grandchildren, Derick Hanewald (Ashley), Dara Casey (Rick) and Devin Jose; her great grandchildren, Mia, EmmiLou, Alivia, Letty and Greyson; and her pets, Luci and Stuart. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, many church friends.
