With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Harvey W. Slager of Jackson, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 23, 2025 at the age of 82. He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson Slager and Gertrude Slager; and his wife Marcy Keefe-Slager. He is survived by: his children, John Mark Slager (Kim) of Berlin and Elizabeth Slager Crawford (Charles) of Glade Park; his granddaughters, Amelia, Miranda and Shiloh; his sisters, Judy Andela, Marcia Geelhood and Eunice Garrett; and his close friends, Charlene Gulley and Jane Globig. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
