It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Elizabeth Hitch of Jackson, Michigan, who passed away on November 21, 2022, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Raymond Mount and Cecile Louise Chamberlin Mount; her siblings, Florence Simmons (Jacob Lester), Howard Mount, Lewis Mount (Margaret), Ruth Mount, Margaret Preston (James Ward) and Winifred Mills (William Wilbur); and her daughter-in-law Celia Ann Hitch.
She is survived by: her husband Jack Vernon Hitch; and her sons, Thomas (Linda) of Petoskey, Michigan, Richard (Mary) of Jackson, Michigan and Daniel (Deborah) of North Platte, Nebraska.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
