He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Elicker Klugh, Jr. and Sara Florentine Shilling Klugh. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ezzard O'Reilly Klugh of Beaver Falls; his sons, Henry Elicker Klugh IV (Amy) of Boulder, Colorado and Thomas Palmer Klugh (Druet) of North Liberty, Iowa; his stepsons, Michael O'Reilly (Christi) of Jackson, Michigan and Thomas O'Reilly (Cheryl) of Jackson, Michigan; his grandchildren, Jared (Megan), Austen, Caitlin and Brayden; and his great grandchild Laken.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Henry's memory may be made to Doctors Without Borders or the charity of the donor's choice.
