He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Fugate (Bill) and Eve Fugate (Messer); and his brothers, James Fugate (Jimmy) and Richard Fugate. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Fugate (Mitchell); his daughters, Jennifer Pothoof (Brett) and Natasha Nelson (Mike); his grandchildren, Jayden Pothoof, Ryan Pothoof, Brenna Pothoof, Alana Nelson, Kadence Nelson and Kaylee Coppes; his siblings, RuthAnn Forner (Jim), Paul Fugate (Debbie), Frances Barber (John), David Fugate (Glenna), Kay Raymond (Brian) and Teresa Regenold (Rick); his nephew Collin Mitchell; and his close friends, Greg Rockey, Bob Stephens, Bob Strickler and Steve Flintoft.
