He is survived by: his wife Laura Cook; his children, Katelyn Kohn (Matt) of Jackson, Jacqueline Cook (Don Rife) of Jackson, Sandra Crawford of Ohio, Rhonda Clendening (Al) of Hillsdale, Michelle Franks (Tracy) of Illinois and Shawn Miller (Marianne) of Hillsdale; his stepdaughter Jennifer Laslett; and his brothers, Gary Cook (Joanne), Chester Cook (Christine), Stephen Cook (Carol), Kevin Cook (Laurie), Theodore Cook, Samuel Cook and Walter Cook. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren; three sisters.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
