Jadelynn Marie Hammett Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jadelynn Marie Hammett of Jackson, Michigan, who passed away on December 24, 2023 at the age of 22. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her parents, Johanna Cavender (Nathan) and James Hammett; her daughter Aria Skye-Lynn Jones; her siblings, Harmony Scott (Javier), Dejah Scott, Brevin Bartell, Aaliyah Scott, Genesis Scott, Malachi Scott and Aurora Scott; her niece Ava; and her cousins, Owan, Emmalynn, Braxton and Bryce. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
