He was predeceased by: his parents, Juras Philo and Helen Philo (Mentel); his son-in-law Craig Butler; and his brother-in-law Mark Pawlowski. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Philo (Mullin); his children, Patricia (Daniel Richardson), Kristine (Michael Irvin), John (Erica Philo), Susan Butler, Kathryn (Aaron Morrow) and Mark (Annieka Philo); and his siblings, Karen (Richard Miller), Michael (Linda Philo), Paul (Jean Philo), Gerald Philo, Mary (Steve Richey), Janet Pawlowski, Elizabeth (Robert Beaune), Ruth (Phillip Wieferich), Joan (Steven Cavins) and Sandra (Dale Montgomery). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
