He was predeceased by: his former wife Carole Sue Treciak; his parents, Stanley James and Virginia Eileen Treciak; and his sister Jean Marie Treciak. He is survived by: his former wives, Kathleen VanDam (Edward) of Chicago, Suzanne Treciak of Ann Arbor and Constance Greene (John) of Chicago; his granddaughters, Caroline Patricia VanDam of Chicago and Kate Carole Greene of Chicago; and his brother Tom Treciak.
