She is survived by: her children, Julie Pienkos (Rich) and Dr. Paul Karazija, MD (Laura); her sister Donna Gulbinas (Al); her grandchildren, Christina Gardner (Andy), Scott Pienkos, Griffin Karazija and Garrett Karazija; her stepgranddaughters, Cassidy, Madelyn and Avery Whitehead; and her great grandchildren, Noah, Avery, Juliana, Lucy, Sebastian and Frederic Gardner.
