He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilhio Kelly and Harriett Kelly (Swift); his brothers, Glenn and Ronald; and his sisters-in-law, Iva, Marilyn and Gladys Tilton.

He is survived by: his wife Gloria; his son David; his daughter-in-law Beth; his daughter Karen; his son-in-law Michael Parks; his brother DeLoy Kelly; and his siblings-in-law, George Tilton and Donna Kelly. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, those who wish may make memorial contributions to the Missions program at Loomis Park Baptist Church.
