He was predeceased by: his parents, James H. Reiff and Ellen I Russell; his son Scott Reiff; and the parents of child, James and Ellen Reiff.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy (Post); his children, Susan Fouty (Jeffrey), Kevin Reiff (Pamela), Teresa Sharrar (Dale), Mary Minard and Katherine Torrence (Trent); his grandchildren, Ivy McNair (Jed), Nicole Reiff, Jake Minard, Adam Minard, Kyle Fouty and Preston Reiff (Stephanie); his stepgrandchildren, Alan Torrence and Brittany Cave (Matt); his great grandchildren, Olive, Emerlynn, Adalynn and Woodson; and his sister Vicky Kloack. He is also survived by four nieces.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial contributions in Jimmie's honor be made to Henry Ford Hospice Home, or the American Heart Association.
