John Ganton Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John Ganton of Jackson, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 5, 2026 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Ganton (Crandall) and Mervin Ganton; and his daughter Michelle Schufeldt (Darl). He is survived by: his wife Denise Zollweg Ganton; his children, Kimberly Wright, John G. Ganton (Kristin) and Ryan Ganton; and his grandchildren, Breanna Twitty (Bobby), Megan Lefere (Sean), Brandon White (Jessica), Andrew White (Chelsey), Kaelyn Wright, Gage Wright, Madaline Ganton, John O. Ganton, Kate Ganton and Lily Ganton. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, John's wishes were that donations be made to Jackson Community Foundation's "Healthy Youth Healthy Seniors Fund.".
