He is survived by: his wife Shirley Johnson (Reynolds); his children, Michelle Nastally (Richard) and John Johnson (Ruby); his grandchildren, Courtney Nastally (Larry Baltimore), Halley Nastally, Benjamin Nastally (Brianna Knight), Harry Matthews (Karen) and Jonathan Matthews (Lisa); his great grandchildren, Cathan Cochran, Keilan Cochran and Kaisley Cochran; his sister Carol Johnson; and his close friend Patrick Surber. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
