He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hulst and Frances Hulst; and his sister Carol Crozier. He is survived by: his wife Rachel Hulst; his daughters, Audrey Marriott and Sandy Syrba; and his brothers, Gord Hulst and Jack Hulst. He is also survived by five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
