He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Wood and Ella Wood; his wife Janice Carol Wales; his brother Donald; and his pet Joey.
He is survived by: his children, Pamela, Harmon Schonfeld, Randall Wood and Dennis Wood; his grandchildren, Brent, Dawn Schonfeld, Abigail Schonfeld, Tayler Wood, John McCullough, Magee Wood, Beth Hartley, Noah Wood and Freddie Hallacy; his great grandchildren, Nolan and Aubrie Schonfeld; his siblings, Dean (Jacqueline Wood) and Vicki Berry; and his cousin Harry Strait. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to the First Baptist Church in Jackson, of which he was a faithful member his entire life, or the American Cancer Society, as cancer has taken his entire family.
