She was predeceased by: her father Ralph F. Otten. She is survived by: her mother Ethel Otten (Wilson); and her siblings, Carol Wittry (Steve), Richard Otten (Cynthia) and Susan Otten. She is also survived by her five nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Kristin's family requests that memorial contributions be made to Queen of the Miraculous Medal Church or the American Cancer Society, as Kristin was a brave survivor of pediatric brain cancer.
