He was predeceased by: his parents, Hobert C. Collins and Verda Ray Partin Collins of Lafollette, Tennessee; and his grandparents, Lizzie Ausmus Collins, Marion Newton Collins of Lafollette, Tennessee, Angeline and Chester Partin of Laurel Fork, Kentucky..
He is survived by: his sister Lana Johnson (David W. Johnson) of Falmouth, ME; his nephews, Wesley D. Johnson (Amy Johnson) of Portland Maine and Benjamin A. Johnson; his niece Shelley A Manzotti (John Manzotti) of Johnston; and his great-nieces, Molly Johnson, Fiona Johnson, Kaylee Kopka, Karissa Kopka and ZoeJohnson-Watters.
