He was predeceased by: his parents, Kingston Applegate and Margaret Applegate (Chapin); and his sister-in-law LoAnn Applegate. He is survived by: his wife Penny Applegate (Kelley); his sons, Terry Applegate, Corey Applegate (Krystil), Troy Applegate (Ronda) and Ryan Applegate (Patricia); his grandchildren, Tyler, Lucas, Austin, Kaytee, Dylan, Olivia, Ethan, Milena and Matthew; and his brothers, Garry Applegate (Cookie) and Rick Applegate (Cindy).
