She was predeceased by: her mother Donna Lewis (Davis); her brother Martin "Marty" Lewis; and her mother-in-law Carole Childs. She is survived by: her father Lawrence "Larry" Lewis; her husband Steve Childs; her daughters, Chloe and Claire; her sister Linda Lewis; her father-in-law Jack Childs; and her siblings-in-law, Cathy Jordan (Dale), Amy Miller (Kerry) and Andrew Childs (Kathy). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of choice.
