He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Kurzynowski and Bernice Kurzynowski (Sczykutowicz); and his parents-in-law, John Koker (Nancy) and Helen Koker. He is survived by: his significant other Karen Koker; his daughters, Valerie Martinez (Jack), Dawn and Amy Kurzynowski; his grandchildren, Tara, Krista, Katelyn, Mya Martinez and Caleb Golombek; his siblings, Hank Kurzynowski (Diane) and Sandy Pappaianni; his parents-in-law, Marion May (Frank), Jerry (Bettsey Spink), Rich (Arlene), Mike Koker (Rachel) and Stephanie Heyden (Tom); and his stepsiblings, Cindy Romberger, Linda Voorheis (John), Nancy Wilkins, Wendy Morgan (Kevin), Randy Payne (Karen) and Bill Payne (Cathy).
