She is survived by: her husband Alee Holmes; her children, Melendi Dakebo (Gamechu), Marius Holmes, Leland Holmes (Olivia), Linley Holmes, Valerie Holmes, Valaina Holmes, Corwin Holmes, Cameron Holmes and Aleia Holmes; her siblings, Vicki Wade (Howard), Anthony Sloan and Steve Sloan (Teresa); her cousin Gail Butler; her sisters-in-law, Mary-Catherine, Beverly, Pamela and Sharron; her grandchildren, Aliyah, Landon, Dalaun, Diego, Alexis, Khalid, Davion and Kimora; her great grandchild Payton; and her friends, Phyllis Pearson, Kastella Walker, Bettie Burke, Davetta Hunt, Deanna Hunt, Robin Horton and Brenda Sanders.
