She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Lawrence, Catherine Booth, Chester and Betty Slaby; her aunts and uncles, Marilyn, Jim Anderson, Tom Wilson and Monica Booth; and her pet Loki.

She is survived by: her parents, Mark Booth and Judy Booth; her son Andrew; her brothers, Sean (Susan) and Ryan (Ashley); her nieces and nephews, Quinn, Michael, Lucy and Everly; and her close friends, Carrie Stevens and Maria McGarry. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made for Andrew's future.
