He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Edward McGee and Marilyn McGee; his former wife Stella McGee; his son Mark McGee Jr. (Krista McGee); his wife Sue McCord; his child Andrea Conrad (David Conrad); his stepchildren, Tonia Johnston, Ken McCord (Heidi McCord) and Victoria VanHorn (Troy VanHorn); his grandchildren, Emily Soper (Alex Soper), Bailey Johnston, Garrett McCord, Conner VanHorn (Trinity Vanhorn), Kyla Vanhorn, Elya VanHorn, Camden Conrad, Avery Campbell and Christan McGee; his great grandchild Maddie Soper; his sisters, Debra Brown (Roy Brown) and Kimberly McGee; his siblings' children, Carson Brown, Austin Willamson (Brett Willamson) and Maddison Sinderman; and also Marilyn McGee.
