He was predeceased by: his parents, Kathryn Medora Sackman (Cooley) and John Joseph Sackman; and his uncle Pete Cooley (Harold). He is survived by: his children, Carrie Ann Sackman, Jason Ray and Missy Sackman; his grandchildren, Lexie Mariah and Hayden Lutz; his siblings, Richard (Bonnie Sackman) and Bonita (Danny Tatar); his aunts, Shirley Cooley and Mary Cooley; and his uncle Ray. He is also survived by friends, and helping friends.
